Where am I?

So, how did I get to where I am today you may ask? Well, truth be told I'm not 'anywhere'...yet. Yes, I changed my part time job from waitress to sales assistant in TOPSHOP just to be a tiny-weenie-baby-step closer to my dream job in the fashion industry. I know it’s not a lot but it’s a start. And everyone has to start somewhere. The next step is to go to university to read journalism, continue with my blog and my book whilst still working part time at Topshop being trained to a supervisor standard which equals responsibility, authority and leadership; brilliant assets in the industry. After graduating I plan on taking short courses at LCF (London College of Fashion) over the summer to give me an edge over other grads to get work experience and then work my way up the career ladder, simples.

On the modelling side, I have been spotted a few times when I was younger by Storm and ICM (now Tess) but wanted to finish my education. At 18 I applied for the newest Britain’s Next Top Model 2010 (beginning in July) and was a backup choice for the show. After coming so far, I intend to apply each year until I make the cut. And that is my situation. Follow my footsteps as I work at Topshop then onto university & find out all about my course & work experience along the way.
